The liquor box is a licensed retailer of the finest beers, wine, spirits and cigars at the best prices. Please note that the liquor box does not sell alcohol or tobacco products to anyone under the age of 21. Note also that it is unlawful to even attempt to purchase alcohol or tobacco products below the minimum age, and unlawful for anyone at or above the minimum age to purchase alcohol or tobacco products for persons under the minimum age. If you are not of legal age, please do not enter our site or store. Your I.D. Will be checked at the door.

Keg Reservations:

Keg reservations are at the approval of the owner (Will) and can be canceled for any reason at any time. IN THE CASE that a Keg cannot be reserved due to availability reasons, you will be contacted about the issue, and any deposit (if made) will be refunded in full. Please allow at least 24 hours or more to reserve Kegs from The Liquor Box. IN THE CASE that a Keg reservation was made by a minor or for the consumption of minor(s) (Under the age of 21), your order will be cancelled with no refund (if a deposit was made). YOUR I.D. WILL BE CHECKED AT THE DOOR

Tobacco Product Sales:

Effective on December 20, 2019, it is illegal to sell Tobacco Products to anyone under the age of 21. The “Grandfather Law” from the State of Texas no longer applies for under 21 sales, as it was passed by the President and the FDA for nationwide implementation. Persons appearing under the age of 27 will have their I.D. checked for all Tobacco Product sales.
